Read the conditions first.

A conditional approval means requirements still need to be met. Confirm the amount, equipment, term, cash due, expiry date and outstanding conditions in writing. It is not money in the seller’s account and does not guarantee final approval or funding.

Know what is still needed

Depending on the provider and transaction, later requirements may include signed agreements, identity and business verification, a seller invoice, insurance, title/lien checks, a power of attorney or additional financial documents. Ask for the exact checklist and a secure submission method. Do not upload sensitive documents to the public inquiry.

Keep the milestones separate

Confirm who clears each condition, authorizes disbursement, confirms the seller has funds and releases the vehicle. Signing, funding, delivery and acceptance are different events. Never confirm receipt or acceptance inaccurately to speed things up. Timing depends on the actual review, documents, seller and vehicle; no universal turnaround is promised.
